Brickstown Creation offers 3 types of Shipping Methods.

 

  Pickup From Store

• Select this option if you are in Seremban and wish to self collect from our shop.

  

Peninsular Malaysia -

> Shipping rate for first 3kg is Rm8.00

>Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VW formula = (height x width x length)cm / 5000

 >Brickstown Creation reserve the right to combine all orders into one parcel if same Shipping Method was selected for multiple orders.

 

Sabah and Sarawak -

> Shipping rate for first 1kg is Rm20.00

>Parcel Weight Above 5kg may contact us for shipping rate charges.

>Brickstown Creation reserve the right to combine all orders into one parcel if same Shipping Method was selected for  multiple orders.

 

Delivery

After successfully check out, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

• In Metro areas : 1 - 7 working days
• In Non-Metro areas : 1-10 working days

No Courier service from Saturday and Sunday

All order that placed on Saturday and Sunday will be start processing on Monday

Once the parcel is shipped, Brickstown Creation will not be held responsible for the loss or damage to your parcels. Feel free to contact us if you have issues with the delivery.
